Broker, MidCentury Modern Builder, Birria Boss—Amber lives the casa y cocina life where bold design meets bold flavor.
As the Broker of Sierra Commercial, LLC, she specializes in site selection and horizontal land development, laying the groundwork for thriving communities. As Sales Manager for Charles Williams Custom Homes, she helps clients design and build authentic MidCentury Modern residences, offering turnkey service from lot acquisition to the final key handoff.
Beyond the building site, Amber owns Tacos Papi Grande, a celebrated nonprofit food truck serving legendary birria tacos and churros, always accented by her signature hot pink style. Whether crafting a custom kitchen backsplash or passing a plate of tacos through the window, she believes casa y cocina—house and kitchen—are the heart of every great experience.
Her proudest roles are mom to Cullen (construction manager with DR Horton) and Cassidy (teacher with a Master’s in Education), and “Gam Gam” to her grandbabies. Outside of work, she enjoys music, dancing, the outdoors, and time with her two dogs, Gracie and Daisy.

Jeff brings over 20 years of proven success in sales management, luxury retail, and business development to the world of real estate. Raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jeff spent seven years in Denver before settling permanently in Austin, Texas. Surrounded by his family’s real estate careers from an early age, he gained valuable industry insight long before earning his license. His expertise in multi-channel luxury sales, paired with a passion for mid-century architecture, positions him as a trusted guide for clients seeking homes with character, style, and lasting value.
Known for his approachable nature and ability to connect with anyone, Jeff excels at building relationships, negotiating creatively, and turning transactions into lifelong client partnerships. Outside of real estate, he enjoys exploring local farmer’s markets, attending classic car shows, watching vintage films, improving his own home, and volunteering in the community.
