The Atomic Ranch Project House
Nick Papacek served as the Construction Manager and Builder’s Representative for the award-winning residence featured in Atomic Ranch magazine in 2021. In this role, Nick oversaw every stage of the project — from site preparation and structural execution to finish detailing — ensuring the home’s modernist vision was delivered with precision craftsmanship and architectural integrity. His leadership on the build helped bring national attention to the project as a benchmark of contemporary mid-century design in Austin.
